Our holdings are arranged in numbered fonds, each the records of one institution or one subject. The guide lists the fonds most consulted, with their dates, extent and conditions of access. The complete inventories (opisi) may be consulted in the reading room.

Please note. Cite a fond only for years inside its dates. Certificates and copies are issued only for the years a fond covers; a request for 1950 from a fond of 1922–1936 will be returned to the sender.

Conditions of access

Open Available in the reading room on a reader's ticket.

30-year rule Open, except personal files less than 30 years old, which are issued only to the person concerned or their heirs.

Partly open Part of the fond is subject to classification review.
