The national archive of Irad. We keep the records of the Iradi SSR, the Provisional Government of 1992, the Territory of Irad and the government of the Irad Special Economic Zone, with older documents from the Kokand and Russian periods, in numbered fonds in our repository on the campus of Talas State University.

- The reading room is closed on the last Friday of each month (sanitary day).
- The Copy Section registers requests when the applicant's stamped addressed envelope arrives. Requests by e-mail are not accepted.
- The Toponymic Section window is open on Tuesdays, 10:00–11:30.
- Readers are reminded that pens are not allowed in the reading room. Pencils are issued at the desk.
